P&O Australia needed to improve their customer’s online journey, enhance SEO performance, and draw new customers to their site with high quality, original copy. This meant it was time for a lovely big website content and UX refresh!

Working closely with both clients and internal SEO and UX design teams, I performed a content and UX audit of the site and identified key areas in need of improvement. I then created a template to map out proposed copy updates, web page structures, and interactive features of the site to improve usability.

The revamp included rewriting old copy for improved flow, SEO, and tone, as well as extensive amounts of new web copy and blog content. Both old and new were strengthened by link building and the creation of new high-ranking keyword and meta description lists.

The result was a better overall customer experience, improved site rankings, and a strategic content template that could continue to be used for all web content updates going forward.
